End User License Agreement (EULA)

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Software in accordance with the terms of this agreement. The license type (perpetual / subscription / trial) and its scope (number of users / devices) are as separately specified by us.

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the Software (except where expressly permitted by law).
• Redistributing, lending, leasing, or sublicensing the Software.
• Removing or altering copyright or other proprietary notices in the Software.

Copyrights and other intellectual property rights in the Software belong to us or the rightful owners. This agreement grants a right to use the Software and does not transfer any intellectual property rights.

All rights to the design data handled by the Software (input STEP files and generated drawings) belong to you. The Software processes this data on your PC and does not transmit it to us.

The Software may include open-source software (OSS). The respective license terms apply to such OSS. See the Open Source Licenses page for details.

The Software is provided "as is," and we make no warranties, including of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. goCAD is a tool that assists with drawing drafts; final verification of and responsibility for generated drawings rest with you (a qualified engineer).

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Software.

If you breach any provision of this agreement, the license granted under it terminates automatically. Upon termination, you must stop using the Software and delete it.

You shall comply with the export control laws of Japan and relevant countries when using the Software.

This agreement is governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute relating to this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nagoya District Court as the court of first instance.
